Sewing

Our Sewing department is built to handle the complexity and durability requirements of workwear and motor wear garments. We combine skilled craftsmanship with advanced machinery to ensure every product is constructed with precision, strength, and consistency.

We utilize a wide range of industrial machines including overlock machines for clean edge finishing and seam durability, flatlock machines for smooth, low-profile seams often used in active and base-layer garments, and single and double needle machines for standard and reinforced stitching. For high-stress areas, we use triple needle machines, ensuring extra strength and durability where it matters most.

In addition, we operate belt machines for attaching heavy-duty components such as waistbands and reinforcement straps, as well as safety stitch machines that combine stitching and overlocking in one process to enhance seam strength and prevent fraying. These machines are essential for producing garments that can withstand harsh working conditions and repeated use.

We apply specialized stitching techniques such as bartacking at stress points, reinforced seams, and heavy-duty thread applications. Every garment is engineered to ensure structural integrity, comfort, and long-term performance. Our sewing capabilities allow us to meet international standards while delivering reliable, high-quality products in bulk production.
