PRINTING METHODS

At Sector 6th, our Printing Department offers advanced solutions tailored specifically for workwear and motor wear applications. We understand that prints in these categories must withstand harsh conditions, frequent washing, and heavy usage while maintaining clarity and durability.

1. Screen Printing (Silk Screen Printing)

Screen printing is one of the most reliable and widely used methods for workwear and motor wear garments. This technique applies ink through mesh screens, creating bold, long-lasting designs that adhere strongly to the fabric. It is ideal for logos, branding, and safety markings on cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics.

For industrial uniforms and motorcycle apparel, screen printing ensures excellent durability against wear, friction, and repeated washing. It provides vibrant colors and consistent results, making it the preferred choice for bulk production.

2. Digital Printing

Digital printing allows for high-resolution, detailed designs directly applied to the fabric. This method is ideal for complex graphics, gradients, and multi-color artwork often used in motorsports and branded apparel.

It offers flexibility for smaller production runs and custom designs. Digital printing ensures sharp detailing while maintaining a soft feel on the fabric, making it suitable for lightweight workwear and promotional garments.

3. Sublimation Printing

Sublimation printing is widely used in motorwear and performance apparel made from polyester fabrics. This process embeds the design into the fabric rather than sitting on top, resulting in a smooth, breathable, and long-lasting finish.

It is perfect for racing suits, jerseys, and technical wear, as it does not crack, fade, or peel. Sublimation also allows full-coverage designs, making it ideal for bold and dynamic motorwear aesthetics.

4. DTG (Direct to Garment) Printing

DTG printing is used for high-detail designs and smaller batch production. It prints directly onto the garment, allowing for soft, detailed, and vibrant results without heavy ink layers.

This method is suitable for lightweight workwear, promotional apparel, and fashion-oriented motorwear pieces where design detail is important.

5. DTF (Direct to Film) Printing

DTF printing is a versatile method where designs are printed onto a film and then transferred to the garment. It works well on a variety of fabrics including cotton, polyester, and blends.

This technique offers strong adhesion, flexibility, and durability, making it suitable for workwear logos and motorwear branding that require long-lasting performance under tough conditions.
