We work with a wide range of technical and performance fabrics including Cordura®, known for its exceptional abrasion resistance and long-lasting durability, making it ideal for motorcycle gear and heavy-duty workwear. We also incorporate Kevlar®, a high-strength fiber widely used for its cut-resistant and heat-resistant properties, commonly applied in protective panels and reinforced areas. For flexibility and comfort, we integrate Lycra® (elastane) into fabrics to provide stretch, allowing ease of movement without compromising structure.
Fabrics Development
Fabric is the backbone of every high-performance garment, especially in workwear and motor wear where durability, protection, and comfort are critical. At Sector 6th, our Fabric Development department focuses on sourcing and engineering advanced materials that meet the demanding requirements of industrial workers and professional riders.
For specialized applications, we offer flame-resistant materials such as Nomex® and Proban® treated fabrics, which are essential for industrial work environments where heat and fire protection are required. These fabrics are engineered to meet international safety standards while maintaining wearer comfort during extended use.
Each fabric undergoes strict quality testing including tensile strength, tear resistance, abrasion testing, color fastness, and shrinkage control. We also support sustainable fabric solutions such as recycled polyester and eco-friendly blends.
