We also provide solution dyeing, where color is added at the fiber stage, resulting in superior color consistency and resistance to fading, making it highly suitable for performance and outdoor garments. For specialized industrial applications, we ensure compatibility with high-visibility and safety color standards.
Dyeing & Washing
At Sector 6th, our Dyeing & Washing department plays a critical role in achieving the final look, feel, and performance of workwear and motorwear garments. In these industries, color durability, fabric strength, and consistency are essential, as garments are exposed to harsh environments, frequent washing, and heavy usage. Our processes are carefully controlled to ensure long-lasting results without compromising fabric integrity.
In addition to dyeing, our washing processes are designed to enhance both aesthetics and functionality. We offer enzyme washing to create a smooth, soft finish while reducing fabric stiffness; silicon washing for improved softness and flexibility, especially important for comfort in workwear; and garment washing, which gives products a pre-shrunk and ready-to-wear feel. For rugged workwear styles, we also provide stone washing and acid washing to achieve a worn-in, durable look without compromising strength.
For motorwear and heavy-duty garments, we apply controlled washing techniques that maintain the performance of specialized fabrics such as Cordura® and protective textiles. We ensure that treatments do not weaken abrasion resistance or structural integrity. Additionally, we focus on minimizing shrinkage and maintaining shape retention, which is crucial for garments subjected to frequent use.
